Shipping.

Every order is cut and sewn one by one in house, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once your order is placed it is processed and brought to life in our London Atelier. You will then receive a dispatch notification via email that your parcel is on the way with tracking details.

Orders placed after 1pm and on the weekend will be processed from the following working day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International delivery times may vary if they are subject to customs charges. This is beyond our control but please do not hesitate to contact our team @ info@ardelle.co.uk for more information.

National holidays could possibly affect delivery times and processing. 

In the unlikely event of your order being delayed, one of our specialists will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with updates frequently. 

IMPORT DUTY & TAX

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Policies vary from country to country, so you might like to check your local customs office for more information. Ardelle can not be held accountable for delays in custom clearance.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS 

In the event of a delivery being attempted but unsuccessful, our courier will leave a note posted through your letterbox informing you of either how to rearrange a delivery, where to collect your parcel or when they will attempt the next delivery.

If your order is not collected after a failed attempt and you do not rearrange delivery, and our team have been unsuccessful in getting in contact with you, the parcel will be returned to us, and we will then attempt to resend your order. 

Exchanges.

EXCHANGES

As we are a made to order/ made to measure brand we do not offer refunds. However we offer store credit or exchanges on damaged or faulty items within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your items to us within this time, to our return address. You must include the item(s) brand new in its original condition with tags attached. Our team will inspect the garment once received and process an exchange.

To arrange an exchange, please email info@ardelle.co.uk specifying: 

1.The original email/name you used when purchasing the item & your order number.

2.The name of the item (promoted on the website)

3.The size of the item you ordered, and a detailed description of the issue 

4. The item you would like it to be exchanged for (please note you can only exchange it to items of the same value of above)

We will then provide you with an address to return your item to.

Please note that Ardelle does not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility. All items should be returned with its original Ardelle packaging and label.

Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely. Ardelle does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.

For international exchanges, please select “I am returning items” to avoid customs charges when returning your item(s).

Store credit or an exchange, will be issued if we have processed an order incorrectly or you’ve received a damaged item. Please email info.ardelle@gmail.com to process your return/exchange. 

We do not offer returns or exchanges on art decor and interior. 

CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS

Payments are taken in GBP, if ordering abroad, the checkout may display your local currency. As exchange rates fluctuate, we cannot control the exchange rate at the time of purchase and at the time of return. We will not be liable for currency fluctuations, should there be a difference, it will be very small.
